Simple answer: Whatever it takes to help you get a job offer!
There is no minimum or maximum. If you get selected in just 1 interview, you may just get 1. But if you do not get selected in say 3 banks, we will send you for the 4th & so on.
This is easier to understand when you look at our fee structure for different programs:
- In the Job-Guarantee program, we provide 100% fee refund if you do not get a job offer (subject to some simple terms & conditions). So even in our interest, we will have to provide as many opportunities as you may need.
- In the Job-First program, we charge most of our fees (80%-90%) to you only after placement. Here again, we will have to provide as many opportunities as you may need, even in our interest!
- The only exception is for our Job-Assured programs, where we charge the full fee upfront and do not provide a fee refund. In this program, we assure you a minimum of 3-5 interviews. This program obviously comes with the lowest fee structure.
In our experience, usually nobody requires more than 3 opportunities and most people get through in the 1st itself.
