This is a specially designed relationship banking course for those aspiring to the job of relationship managers in top retail banks. This is probably the only such banking course in the country. This course is meant for those who are keen on getting the role of a Relationship Manager handling high net worth customers in retail bank branches

Min. 2 yrs of experience in sales or customer service

Min. graduate - preferably MBAs

This is the most important role in the branch, other than the Branch Manager. A Relationship Manager handles a portfolio of high net worth individuals and carries portfolio management and revenue generation targets, along with adding new HNI customers.

Salary / Incentives
Around 15%-30% higher salary than your last drawn salary. This role carries amongst the highest performance incentives in the industry, in the order of 10-30 lacs per annum.

Job location
Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad or anywhere within your preferred state, currently restricted to the states of Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh & Telangana only.

Future Career
Can move into a complete Wealth RM role or decide to move up the retail banking hierarchy by aiming for a Branch Manager role in 2 to 5 years time
