This branch banking course provides you the practical job knowledge that is a must to crack the job interview. Difference with retail banking course: Retail banking course provides you all types of opportunities in banking and financial services. The work therefore may involve more of field sales jobs among others. We sincerely believe that field sales roles are a good way to start your banking career. But we have come across some candidates who for some reason are not keen to take up such jobs. This branch banking course is therefore structured to suit such candidates who are not comfortable with a predominantly field sales role. This program instead focuses on placements in only those roles which are either heavy on operations or customer service or inside sales. Some of these roles may still require you to meet a couple of customers daily, even outside the branch. But none of these will be 100% field sales oriented roles.
BygC's branch banking course also provides you the flexibility to pay a substantial part of the course fee only after you get an appropriate job offer. You only pay an admission fee at the time of joining the course.
These kind of job opportunities are comparatively lesser and hence the candidate must be ready to work in one of the larger cities like Bengaluru, Chennai or Hyderabad or anywhere else in their preferred state, currently restricted to the states of Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh & Telangana only.

This course is meant for those who are keen on starting a new career in banking as an entry-level bank officer in retail branches, but are also a little uncomfortable about a full-time, outside sales job.
Age
Below 27. Preferably lower.
Educational Qualification
Full-time graduate with minimum 50% marks (preferably). Those finishing their graduation over the next few months can also apply.
Experience
Not mandatory. But experience in sales or customer service will be useful.
This role may involve either outside inside sales, relationship banking, customer service and some banking operational work or a combination of some of these.
Salary
If you are a fresher, it will generally be in the range of ₹ 2.25 lacs to ₹ 3 lacs per annum. Depending on your educational background, experience and skill levels, this could be higher. Those joining sales oriented roles will also benefit from very good incentives of up to ₹ 60,000 per month!

Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad or anywhere within your preferred state, currently restricted to the states of Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh & Telangana only.
