Job locations will be discussed with you by the bank officials during your interview. Generally it also depends upon the vacancies available at the time you are joining. Most banks try and place you, in & around your home-town, especially for all entry-level and junior roles.
That said, both hiring & career growth opportunities are much higher in larger cities. If you are willing to get posted in larger cities or anywhere in your state, say so clearly in your interview. It will improve your selection chances too!
