No. While the learning benefits can be enjoyed by anybody in the country, the job-placement benefits are only offered in the southern states of Karnataka, Kerala, Tamilnadu, Telangana & Andhra Pradesh currently. Placement support in other parts of the country are only provided on a best effort basis.
