Most “banking courses” done by candidates are for preparing for competitive exams like IBPS, BSRB etc. Such courses cover subjects like numerical ability, reasoning, logical ability, English language, GK etc. and are useful for only PSU bank recruitment tests.
BygC’s banking course instead covers banking subjects like CASA, loans & cards products, investment & insurance products, account opening, KYC, cross-sell, account opening, onboarding, relationship banking, sales process, customer service, operational guidelines etc. BygC’s banking course is therefore the appropriate option for kickstarting a career in private sector banks like HDFC Bank, Axis Bank etc. or other BFSI companies.
If you have done a seemingly similar course elsewhere, you should ideally seek placement through them. If you have not yet been placed, despite completing the course, chances are that the course may not appropriate.
Banks come to BygC to hire candidates trained by BygC only. Hence BygC may not be able to place candidates trained elsewhere.
