What support will I get if I do not like a particular job?

Most good careers can be sometimes tough for freshers in the initial 6-12 months. It is recommended that you spend a minimum of 1-2 years in the job before making a final decision of shifting. BygC mentors will be available for your support to help you tide over the initial difficulties, as well as to help you with alternate placements, if moving becomes a necessity. This will be offered only on a best effort basis.
