What is the age criteria for a bank job?

Age is a criteria for only freshers. Normally, banks like to hire fresher candidates straight after college. They would prefer candidates who are less than 26-27 years old for their entry level jobs. However they are also not very strict about this. If a candidate has good communication skills & has done some relevant banking course & performs well in the interview, most banks are ok to relax on this age criteria.
