Many entry-level private bank roles include some sales or business responsibility because banks grow by acquiring and serving customers. However, roles may also include service, operations support, customer handling, documentation, relationship management or phone banking. Candidates should understand that while sales may be an integral part of banking career, particularly in the initial years, banking is usually not a full-time sales career.
