Refund Policy

Our policy for fee refund shall be as follows:

1. 1. We offer a 3-day full refund for any candidate who joins any of our courses/ programs, other than “Bytes”. The date of original fee payment shall be considered as Day 1 and all such candidates have 2 more days, till Day 3 to claim refund for any reason. The request should be e-mailed to us, with specific reason for claiming refund, on info@bygc.co and may also be communicated orally to any of our officials in touch with you. Email request is mandatory.
   2. If any other specific conditions have been agreed by any of our officials with any candidate, the same shall be documented and approved by us on email (info@bygc.co) and if the same has not been confirmed by us on email, no such condition shall be valid.
   3. Except for what has been stated above under clauses 1 and 2, no refund request of any payment received by BygC shall be entertained under any circumstances.
   4. All refunds, as per any of the clauses mentioned here, shall be processed by BygC within 7 days of receipt of such request by email on info@bygc.co
