It’s quite common for freshers to feel that the first few months in a job are tough – especially in the first year. If you’ve done BygC’s Retail Banker Course before getting placed, you’ll be better prepared and will find it easier to settle in.
Our honest advice? Try to stay in your first job for at least 1–2 years. This will help you gain real experience and make you more valuable in the job market.
