Educational Qualification
Minimum graduation. Those finishing their graduation over the next few months can also apply.
Experience
Not mandatory. But experience in sales or customer service will be useful.
This role may involve either outside sales, inside sales, relationship banking, customer service and some banking operational work or a combination of some of these.
Salary - Fresher
If you are a fresher, it will generally be in the range of ₹ 2.25 lacs to ₹ 3.50 lacs per annum. Depending on your educational background, experience and skill levels, this could be higher. In many banks, the role may also carry additional performance incentives.
Salary - Experienced
Those with useful work experience may normally get between 15%-30% higher salary than their last drawn salary.
Job location
Within your preferred state, currently restricted to the states of Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh & Telangana only. Generally, it is possible to get the job somewhere within your home district or the neighbouring districts itself.
