What is the age criteria for a bank job?

Age is a criteria for only freshers. Normally, banks like to hire fresher candidates straight after college. They would prefer candidates who are less than 26 years old for their entry level jobs. However they are also not very strict about this. If a candidate has good communication skills & has done some relevant banking course & performs well in the interview, most banks are ok to relax on this age criteria.
