Banks, like most other corporates, prefer experienced candidates. But for their junior level hiring, they do hire freshers too. Most fresher hirings are either done through campus placements or basis references provided by existing employees.
Freshers improve their employability & selection chances many-fold by upskilling themselves with any relevant banking course. Without experience or without any useful domain/subject knowledge in practical banking, freshers may find it very difficult to get hired for a full-time, regular, on-role job in banks.
