You will be hired in customer facing roles, generally based at bank branches. The roles have different names, largely dependent upon the banks e.g. Personal Banker or Customer Service Officer or Welcome Desk or Cash Officer or Teller or Assistant Sales Officer or Digital Relationship Manager or equivalent. The starting salaries may vary between 18k – 25k per month, with additional incentives in most jobs. 

1. You must have a valid Pan card and Aadhar card
2. You must have valid marksheets and certificates to validate your degree
3. You should be able to pass any background check from your previous employers/ institutes
4. You should not have a CIBIL credit/loan issue outstanding
5. You should complete the course within the timeline provided
6. You must attend all instructor-led sessions
7. Finally, you should attend all interviews and tests as required by the banks

The refund will be done for the amount of fees paid by the candidate at the time of joining.

Yes. This course suits anyone who will clear the basic graduation requirements in the next 4-5 months.

All officers in bank branches may have either sales, customer service, branch operations or a combination of these. The exact job role will be decided by the bank basis your background, interests & location preferences. That said, because of increasing digitalization, most operational works have reduced drastically in banks, with corresponding increase in the importance of sales.
